I accept returns. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 7 days to ship your return once I’ve accepted your return request and provided you with shipping instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To start a return, please contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (my return address is located in the UK). Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Gift cards, downloadable products and custom-made items are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can do my best to rectify the situation.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will get in touch within 5 business days once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through PayPal or other original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
